    • DECA prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs for careers in marketing, finance, hospitality, and management in high schools and colleges around the globe. DECA provides academic conferences and competitions to allow students to develop leadership and human skills in an environment that encourages initiative and increased responsibility.  Arizona DECA has over 6,250 members, with over 225,000 DECA members internationally.

    • Educators Rising is the student organization for Education Professions and/or Early Childhood Education programs that focus on providing personal and professional development opportunities for high school students who aspire to become future educators. Educators Rising (EdRising) has over 1,300 members. Chapters are provided classroom resources along with the opportunity to attend the National Conference where members, teacher leaders, and educators from around the nation come together to showcase the skills they have gained in their education and training programs.

    • Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) helps young people become leaders with student-directed learning in Family and Consumer Sciences (FACS) education in the areas of Early Childhood Education, Culinary Arts, Fashion & Interior Design, Hospitality Management. Since 1945, FCCLA members have been making a difference in their families, careers, and communities. FCCLA offers members the opportunity to expand their leadership potential and develop skills for life—planning, goal setting, problem solving, decision making, and interpersonal communication—necessary in the home and workplace. Arizona FCCLA has over 4,600 members.

    • Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) is the largest and oldest business student organization in the world, with a quarter million students preparing for careers in business and business-related fields. FBLA helps to develop competent, aggressive business leadership skills.  The organization helps to give students confidence in themselves, take pride in their work, and create understanding of global business enterprise.

    • Future Farmers of America (FFA) was founded to prepare future generations for the challenges of feeding a growing population. The FFA Organization remains committed to the individual student, providing a path to achievement in premier leadership, personal growth, and career success through agricultural education. FFA continues to help the next generation rise to meet those challenges by helping its members to explore their interests in a broad range of career pathways, including biologists, chemists, veterinarians, engineers, and entrepreneurs. Arizona FFA has over 10,000 members.

    • HOSA–Future Health Professionals is a student-led Career and Technical Student Organization with a purpose to develop leadership and technical HOSA skill competencies through a program of motivation, awareness, and recognition, which is an integral part of the Health Science Education instructional program. The mission of HOSA is to empower HOSA-Future Health Professionals to become leaders in the global health community through education, collaboration, and experience. HOSA provides a unique program of leadership development and motivation for middle school, secondary, postsecondary, and collegiate students interested in a career in healthcare. AzHOSA has over 9,400 members.

SkillsUSA strives improve the quality of our nation’s future skilled workforce through the development of SkillsUSA Framework skills that include personal, workplace and technical skills grounded in academics. SkillsUSA Arizona has over 15,000 members.
